Select the app and click the 'Add to site' button

Select the site you want to add the app to by clicking the 'Select' button

Allow the app to has access to the listed sections

✅Approve plan

Choose a plan

Select or add payment method and complete purchase

✅Activate cart recovery

Select features you want to enable, set max discount you are willing to offer your customers and click the 'Publish' button

You'll be automatically redirected to the app's dashboard when you finished 1st onboarding process described above, or when you open Carti app next time.

In this section, on every page in the app, you will see:

📊Main analytics area

In this section you can see your store's analytics in Carti.io:
You can change the timeframe of the analytics by using the date picker at the left corner, it displays the latest 30 days report by default.
You can add SMS credits by using the "Add" button at the right corner
You can view analytics for the app in general, as well as platform specific analytics

📑Platform tabs

At the bottom of the dashboard, you have the different platforms tab. In these tabs you will be able to see the analytics for each platform:.
Move between platforms by clicking on the tab with the platform name

📍Main menu

In the app's main menu, you can navigate between the different platforms and pages of the app. You can navigate to:
Abandoned cart (for Email)
Campaigns (for Email)
Browse Abandonment (for Email)
Abandoned cart (for SMS)
Campaigns (for SMS)
