The Subscribers section allows you to track your subscribers. You can see who signed up and when, as well as filter your subscribers by tags if needed. You can also manually unsubscribe your subscribers and subscribe them back again, or delete altogether.

To get to the "Subscribers" section, you need to click "Home" section at the top left corner of your screen and then click the "Subscribers" section.



Emails subscribers

Once on the emails subscribers page, you will see:
Subscriber search string.
You can filter which subscribers you want to find: Email, Push, SMS or Messenger.
Emails - emails of your subscribers will be displayed.
Status - whether your customer is signed or not.
Subscribed - when your customer was subscribed.
Last activity - when the last time there was an activity from a customer in your store.
Delete - using the delete button you can manually delete your subscriber.
Here you can quickly filter customers.



By clicking the "Subscriber" or the "Unsubscribed" buttons placed in the Status column, a small window will pop-up for you.



Here you can do the next things:
Manually unsubscribe the client or subscribe him back again
Add specific tags (for a quick tag search if needed)

Also, the information about the subscriber's country and opted in method will be shown in this pop-up window.



SMS subscribers

Once on the SMS subscribers page, you will see:
Subscriber search string.
SMS - makes you understand to which number the SMS was sent.
Status - is your subscriber subscribed or no.
Subscribed - when he subscribed you.
Last Active - last customer activity in your store.
Message history - you can also track the status of the sent SMS.
Delete - using the delete button you can manually delete your subscriber.



For track the status of the sent SMS, click on "Show History" button. You will see a popup with information about the sent SMS. There are 3 columns:
SMS Status - SMS status will be displayed.
SMS Length - the number of characters in this SMS
Date - the date when the SMS was delivered
